Another game that ended, so that I have no more PS3 games to end ... xD But luckily, to have free online, I can go on benefiting all to play for the rest of the world, and specifically to continue with the online game I want to talk today: Dead Red Redemption.
Rockstars The game is the same as those in charge of the Grand Theft Auto, or the recent LA Noire. Like GTA, Dead Red Redemption is a sandbox, only instead of being set in modern times, with huge skyscrapers and all types of vehicles and weapons, now live the era of the Wild West, where we will see vast plains filled of vegetation and fauna, with some populations in which to find honest workers or more villains offenders west. We will move mostly on horseback, which shall not be stealing as usual in the GTA series (although it can), but with just a whistle, our animal will come to our side.
The protagonist of the story is John Marston, an ex-offender who was part of a gang, but after certain events left that band and started a family. Of course, the past is not easily forgotten, especially when you have caused many problems as Marston, so the federal kidnap his own wife and daughter, and to blackmail John to return back to see them, have to fulfill a mission, which is nothing less than to find his former band mates and deliver their heads to the feds.
To do this, we have a mapping aplísimo go, equipped with a graphic quality enviadiable, giving the feeling that there is life everywhere, with people going from one place to another, leaving animals alone or in a pack, depending on the species it is, sometimes witnessing assaults, fights, chases, etc ... The time will pass just like in GTA, ie will by becoming the day and night with the passage of time, and climate also will change, going from gentle rain to terrible storms perfectly recreated. The character movement is very realistic, and not only them but also all the game animals, especially horses, which are undoubtedly the best game that have never been recreated, you will not find a game with horses as well made as RDR, that I can take it for granted.
As I said, the game is in Rockstars, and that means you do not expect to find you with English dubbing nu. That's always a drawback, but it is even RDR in other titles, since the characters do not close your mouth almost at any time, talking as we go from one place to another, to make us more enjoyable trip, but of course, that of riding at the same time we read the subtitles ... not very comfortable, and more that make the trip enjoyable, it becomes heavy, because of course we want to know what they say. Indeed, over which you have to read subtitles (if that gives you heard bad English, of course xD) these are extremely small ... I do not know what or who came up with the great idea to make them that size, but that if it was hard having to read while you ride on top we have to strain your eyes or closer to the TV to read ... come on, a big mistake.
The duration of the game as good sandbox, is high, with a bunch of major missions, plus many more schools that make the life of the title in the main mode and more than sufficient to repay money spent on it. In addition, at the end of the game, we have the opportunity, as is common in the genre, to play for it to complete the side missions that we have stopped on the road.
What I've been able to prove in Depth is its online multiplayer mode, which is perfectly made, much higher the mess that was GTA. And it seems an MMO with a maximum of 16 players, which we can always do something. I will explain exactly how it works: At the beginning, we have a number of characters to choose from, ranging between criminals, federal, gang members, etc ... yes, you can not customize or least, something that at least offset by the large number of different characters to choose from, which we will be going on missions and unlock levels.
